Napa Valley Oktoberfest

Rarely do we travel to Napa Valley in the hopes of indulging in beer over wine. But there is one such occasion where we can’t help but satisfy our craving. Can you guess what we’re referring to? That’s right, Oktoberfest is right around the corner!

Held at The CIA at Copia, Oktoberfest promises “traditional German fare accompanied by cold beer and other delicious beverages.” You’ll be inspired to rock those dirndls and lederhosen as you dance along to a live oom-pah band courtesy of The Bavarian Continentals.

If you’re unfamiliar with the CIA at Copia, this is a wonderful opportunity to get acquainted. Located approximately 30 minutes away from El Bonita Motel – 500 First Street in Napa – it’s positively divine. Presented by the Culinary Institute of America, it’s been dubbed “the ultimate Napa Valley destination for experiencing the world of food, wine, art and community.” Do you really need much more convincing? We’re guessing not, especially since admission is free.

At Oktoberfest, everyone is welcome to celebrate and indulge, regardless of age. However, we advise guests to register early to snag discounts on their drink ticket packages. According to the event description, “full-price drink tickets will be available for sale on-site during the event.”

So, when exactly does the fun commence? It all takes place on Saturday, October 13th, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Since it’s coming right up, we encourage you to book your stay now!
