The delectable occasion centers around noodle dishes from Asia to Europe to the United States. It’s a tribute to the twirlable complex carb and how it’s “embraced, in some form, in nearly every culture throughout the world.” Through a hands-on class, you’ll take this deep-rooted love to an entirely new level – from homemade Ramen to the American favorite, Mac & Cheese. You’ll leave for the afternoon inspired, having established an entirely new standard for pasta dishes. You may even find yourself putting good use to the hotel room kitchen!
Napa Valley Cooking School
Hosted by the Napa Valley Cooking School, For the Love of Noodles take place on Saturday, October 13th. Guests are offered “high quality, fast-paced, intensive training.” For only $85 per person, you can grab your friends and family and head over to the Napa Valley College Upper Valley campus (less than 2 miles from El Bonita!) and whip up some fun from 10am to 1pm.
After day at the vineyards, shopping along Main Street, or simply relaxing around El Bonita Motel’s property, this is a great way to satiate your appetite and learn a new skill! Plus, what better dish is there to pair with a glass of wine?
