The Napa Valley Film Festival is here, and we couldn’t be more excited! From November 8th to the 12th, participate in the annual NVFF and catch any of more than 100 unique films.
Film buffs of Napa: your day has come!
The Napa Valley Film Festival arrives every year courtesy of Cinema Napa Valley. They receive more than a thousand submissions from filmmakers, and select around 100 of the best to showcase. The official NVFF website provides schedules, guides, and information about all the showings. From “sneak previews” — The Shape of Water and I, Tonya, to name just two — to indie flicks and from documentaries to shorts: there’s a laundry list of options.
But it’s not just about film.
This wouldn’t be a true Napa event without wine, would it? Over 150 different Napa-area wineries will be representing for tastings across the five days of the festival. You can find them at the “wine pavilion” or the CIA Copia to cap off (…or get started) every day. Unless you’re not into wine, in which case….
There’s no need to stay hungry, either.
Dozens of local and California chefs will congregate during NVFF for live culinary demos, and that’s just the show. Tasting panels and awards are fun and all, but the Napa food vendors are bringing their A-game too. Learn more about events and dining options here.
